Ritchie Pugliese, originally from Argentina, is an Ordained Minister for the IPHC (International Pentecostal Holiness Church) and has a Missiology Theology Degree. He has served as Pastor and Teacher and also founded and taught in several Bible institutes and Seminaries from 1977.

He has various books published in Spanish, among them,"La Cuarta Ola del Espíritu Santo" (The Forth Wave of the Holy Spirit) (2006) and "La Unción de Riqueza" (The Wealth Anointing (2010)), and has had articles on spiritual growing published in many international magazines since 1983. The book "The Fourth Wave of the Holy Spirit" was publish in English in 2010.

His Ministry is characterized by empowering the Church with the authority of the Word of God, and the Anointing of the Holy Spirit, to conquest the nations for Christ.

His Bible devotionals "Breath from Heaven for Everyday" feed God’s Word to thousands of people around the world through miiglesia.com, and restorationnations.com, a websites that has made him known as the "Pastor of the Internet".

He has lived with his family in the United States since 1997. Ritchie has been married to Rosa Nesticó since 1985 and they have two children: Maria Belen and Denis Emanuel. They currently live in Denton, Texas.

They are currently a part of House of Zion in Corinth, TX (Hernandez Family), which is aligned under Apostle Chuck Pierce (Glory of Zion Church).
